A few days ago, National High Quality Engineering Work of 2016 to 2017 Commendation Conference was held in Beijing People's Hall. High quality engineering works were commended. Huabang project, Guangyuan to Nanchong, GN 12 sector, part of Lanzhou to Haikou national expressway was shining on the list among others. This is second national prize that Huabang won after Tianfu Cup from Sichuan province for the same project. At same time, President Yang Chuan, project manager then got the title: Outstanding Talent of National High Quality Project Prize.
Located Guangyuan, Sichuan province, GN12 sector is a part of Lanzhou to Haikou national express. Both ends are Guangyuan and Nanchong respectively. It will be connected with Mian-Guang Express and Cheng-Gao Express. On itself, it started from k90+290 to K98+000, 7.71 km long, grade:four lanes, expressway; design speed: 80 km per hour; whole road base width: 24.5 m; There is a median that is between the two directions. Road base width on both sides of median is 12.5 m; design flood frequency: road base and bridge culvert 1/100, extra big bridge 1/3000; designed load: first level grade. Earth volume for road base is 1454.3 thousand cubic metre; back filling 1023 thousand cubic metre. One tunnel with 476 m; extra big bridge 1096 m long; 4 big bridges 2887.5 m; one interchange with 638 m long bridge. The terrain along GN12 is very precipitous; the construction site is narrow; places are high; there are more places of deep excavation and high refilling; sporadic spots. All these and more detours and temporary work make it difficult to carry out work. There are many high piers for extra big bridge and big bridges; the highest pier is 80 m. Through scientific organization and detailed management,there is no incidents and the project quality is high. The company fame is consolidated.
